This buying comparison uses USB-IF and Belkin published information; it does not include charging or capacity measurements. Check the phone, tablet, or laptop's supported charging standard and input power before shopping. A USB-C connector alone does not guarantee a particular wattage or USB Power Delivery support. Compare each power bank's output per port, simultaneous-port behavior, and recharge input against the devices you plan to carry.
Interpret capacity and output
Capacity printed in milliamp-hours is not the same as energy delivered to a device, because conversion losses, voltage, cable, and device behavior matter. Compare published watt-hour information where available, total output, and whether the bank can maintain a laptop's required charging level. A high total figure may be shared across ports, so check the manual or product sheet for the exact operating combinations.
Include safety and portability
Compare weight, dimensions, display accuracy claims, recharge time, cable needs, and manufacturer safety and warranty information. For air travel, check current airline and aviation authority rules for portable batteries rather than assuming a product is permitted in every situation. USB-IF material explains the charging standard; Belkin's category illustrates product features. Neither source establishes independently measured capacity or an endorsement.
Review scope
This is a specification-based comparison of the cited published information, not a hands-on test or independent measurement. Features, availability, and prices can change, so confirm details with the maker before buying.
