Sign a Document Online with a Verified eSign Service
A digital signature process should identify the service provider, explain what is being signed and leave a record you can retain.

Read the complete document, including annexures, amounts, dates, consent clauses and any attached forms. Confirm that the organisation requesting the signature is the one you intend to deal with. A digital workflow can make signing convenient, but it does not make unfamiliar terms safe or remove the need to understand them.
Use the provider's real service
Follow the signer's official process and verify that the eSign service or application is presented by an authorised provider. Do not share your Aadhaar OTP, PIN or account password with a caller or intermediary; enter verification details only in the expected secure flow. Stop if the request redirects unexpectedly or the document shown differs from what you approved.
Download the signed copy
After signing, save the final document, acknowledgement and any verification receipt in a secure location. Check that the file reflects the intended version and signature status. The Controller of Certifying Authorities explains India's eSign framework and service model; whether a specific electronic signature is valid for a particular transaction can depend on applicable law and context.
